1. Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you have purchased Un(b)lock your voice and meet the following criteria:

   • You are within 14 days of the original purchase date.

   • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

2. Refund Process:

   • To initiate a refund, contact info@musiker-osteopathie-berlin.de within 14 days of your purchase.

   • Provide your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

   • Once verified, Klarna will process your refund according to their terms and conditions.

3. Non-Eligibility:

   • Refunds will not be provided for purchases made outside of Klarna.

   • Requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be entertained.

4. Usage Policy:

   • Upon refund approval, access to Un(b)lock will be revoked.

   • You are not permitted to retain any course materials or reproduce them in any form after the refund is processed.
